All payments must be made once orders are confirmed. All sales are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All orders will be delivered within 3 days once payment is received. This is because, all items are handmade thus it may take some time.

One envelope will be provided to each card according to the card size ordered.

All cards will be wrap with a hard card board so that it will not bendable, thus you do not have to worry about you cards being bend or squashed during delivery.

On top of that, as paper gets wet easily, your cards will be wrapped together with the card board with a layer of plastic bag.

As a result you definitely do not need to worry about your cards getting wet or soaked in rain water. All cards will only be delivered by Poslaju Delivery Services.
